"The staff is what made our family experience so enjoyable. From the kind-hearted lady at the front desk who was so easy to speak with and helped me fill out the paperwork, to meeting two other nurses on our way walking back to our room. Everyone made us feel like it was their pleasure that we came to visit them. It felt like a family greeting you in their home, it was that comforting. We had a nurse who gave our boys shots and she was so much fun! She made the boys laugh a lot and helped them to relax and stay calm. I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Hall, she made the entire experience a joy! She gave my boys a school physical and it was so interesting to listen to her asking them questions and any concerns they may have. Overall I would highly recommend a family to go visit the staff there. We will be back for sure!"

"Horrible! I called for a same day appointment because I was having back pain and I am in excruciating pain. I'm new to this area and got lost on the way to the appt. I called twice to let them know I was running a couple minutes late and they said that was fine, they could still see me. Walked into the clinic and the front desk receptionist tells me that there's no way they can see me and that I need to reschedule. I let her know that I needed to be seen desperately because I was in so much pain and that I had called twice on the way and they told me I could still be seen and she still refused. I left the building crying."
