I was pleasantly surprised to realize she actually reviewed my medical history prior to my visit. Often, you feel like the time spent filling in your medical history ends up being a waste of time. I would very much recommend Dr Pico and Grace OBGYN."

"I had an appointment in February 2023 to get my Nexplanon taken out and replaced. They advised it can take 4 weeks to get the birth control in their office. My birth control expired in April. Since February I have called them over 15 times at least and left voicemails and asked for status to hear absolutely nothing back from them. Finally today I get ahold of someone who let me know my insurance doesn’t cover Nexplanon and was told to call the insurance company myself to work it out. No one ever called to see if I would like to try another method of birth control or to even educate me at all on my plan of care. It also seems like they could have told me right away that it wasn’t covered and asked if I would like to pay out of pocket. Have never had a bad experience like this at an OBGYN office. Safe to say I won’t be returning."

"Doctors and Nurses are incredibly sweet and professional. Unfortunately the front desk is not. She doesn’t seem like she wants to be there, and was sitting there on a personal call/on her phone watching videos when while i waited in front of her To ask a question. Overall experience with nurse/staff was amazing just not sure why the receptionist wasn’t inviting and rude."
