"It's difficult to say enough positive things about Caleb & Meredith, PTs in Glen Rose. They are very knowledgeable, professional, caring, apparently love their job, always cheerful & encouraging. They push but at the same time, are checking on pain levels as the exercises increase in intensity. Awesome people!!"

"I took my daughter in for an appointment today to the fall creek office. I don't normally complain but the girl that is working with Dr Tompkins check-in was rude. Yes I was early I understand that. she said I can't check you in we have not had lunch yet. Come back. When I got back she was just sitting there on her phone then went around the corner to take a phone call the office and doctors are great but that just I hate the give the off one star for one person. On the other hand Aimee and Rebecca Were very sweet and helpful"

"Had first appointment and liked the doctor. However I sent a wellness form to office to complete and after 3-4 weeks and several calls being unreturned I am left with going to another doctor office to get the form completed. I now have to get another blood test and physical. Not the experience and service I would expect."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MY doctor, Adrienne Mucha, quit and left me high and dry. I called the practice 5+ times within a 2 week timeframe to schedule an appointment with another doctor in the office as I needed to get my medicine changed. They kept promising call backs from nurses since I was hospitalized 4 times at this point, but that NEVER happened. I called again and got someone in reception and they scheduled me an appointment finally. I show up to the appointment 3 weeks later to find out it was made with a pediatrician. I'm 36, and they had access to that in their system. So, essentially they just continually waste your time. In the meantime, I was still being hospitalized (9 times total) due to surgery complications and have gone without the help of a PCP. I was promised a phone call from the office manager to address the situation, but that also NEVER happened. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Worst people ever. They don't care about their patients. And they couldn't get me in for another 2 months! I still haven't been seen, called, or anything. Finding another provider in town is difficult as everyone is booked out months. You should be ashamed of yourselves."
