"Could not make an appointment until I was established. Bill to be established was 479.00. Then made my appointment for Annual physical Bill 415.00. I was told that this is the way this office works. I have never had to pay a Dr. Office to be established. Sorry I ever walked into this Clinic. The lack of care and the lack of any resemblance of Professionalism... Find another care provider! "Most of the staff is professional and congenial. Generally no issues with scheduling appointments, providers are on time or within 15 minutes with visits. Only issue I have had is with prescriptions and medication prior authorizations - pharmacy has to send information multiple times to get a response."

"Front staff was horrible the lady was rude to my wife and hung up on her when she told her I was so sick and had been to the ER twice. She would not let us make appointment to talk to doctor, even when Dr JP told us if I had problems, I would have access to him. She called back and the other lady who answered was more understanding but nothing was done. I have been a patient there for 14 year. But not anymore. If I could rate office staff a 0, I would."

"I have been going here for years, I’m super thankful for all the employees that work here, mainly Mrs Armstrong for going above and beyond for me, taking such good care of me and always very friendly and willing too listen and help. It’s hard to actually find people who really do care about your well being . Dr JP is a good man as well and very kind, they always get me in and out in a timely manner and make sure my needs are met and go out of there way too make me feel comfortable and cared about. They also are understanding about people’s schedule, me being a service plumber it makes my life easier with their flexible openings. I thank everyone at Acton Medical Clinic for taking care of me and my family over the years."

"I like my doctor and I like the medical clinic. However, the billing is very unorganized. I ended up overpaying a bill by about $650.00 earlier in 2022. I am still trying to get a refund to this day. Each time I call I am told different stories...The check is on the way, we are processing it, I will get with our bookkeeper, that is handled in a different area, etc. It is rather frustrating to say the least. Overpayments happen but when it is a significant amount I hope for a rather prompt refund. Certainly if I underpaid they would also expect a prompt payment?"
