"Don't usually bother writing reviews. This was my first experience at a clinic like this, went for HRT and received testosterone gel. First visit with doctor was normal. Was told i was given 1 refill and to come back after 8 weeks for more bloodwork. This is when problems started, my refill wasn't there, called in and was told it would be there and to go back to pharmacy. showed up at the Pharmacy 4 days in a row until it was actually called in. Then when i tried to follow up for my 8 week bloodwork results, I couldn't get ahold of anybody. This was consistent over the next while, for weeks at a time i would call and get no response(ring once and get clicked off). After about the 9 week point something felt off, all of a sudden i couldnt sleep, appetite was way down, energy super low. At this point i had already gone to another clinic to get bloodwork because i could tell something was wrong. When I finally got ahold of somebody weeks later he grabbed my file over the phone and told me my bloodwork looked fine but come in and see the doctor next week anyway. Turns out, the reason I was having sleep and other problems was because my hormones weren't reacting properly to the gel and were converting it to Estrogen, I had Estrogen levels of 1720 PG/ML. Those are 29 times higher then what a male is supposed to be!! Literally through the roof. Apparently that wasn't high enough to be caught or to answer my call to book another appointment. Obviously I left and am set up at another clinic. The only person there that i saw that was professional was the nurse who took my blood. She seemed to actually care at least. I feel bad writing a negative review, I never do, and to be clear the doctor and Admin guy seemed like nice people. But when your messing with peoples hormones, and you either don't know what your doing or you just don't care, it's a pretty serious thing. So hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else."
