"This is my second and last time at the theater. Greeted and awkwardly wrangled by someone to one poor movie scanner. First time the theater air was broken and the ice machines were all out on one side. Pepsi products only. Gross. The “food” took a million years to get. In the awkwardly placed diner section. There is an ice cream booth which is cool. But it all seems so awkwardly organized i didn’t notice till time to go in. Lastly and worst of all: Thw IMAX seats… the most expensive tickets in the theater… were tiny and uncomfortable. Never have i sat in more uncomfortable and small seats. you are seriously sharing an armrest with your neighbor and it’s like flying coach on crummy airline. I will never go to another IMAX there. The workers were fine. attitudes were fine. Movie experience was a bummer. Was elbow-jousting with the guy to my left the whole time. My wife who is small also thought it was super cramped. This is Texas too!!"

"We came to see Dune part 2 in RPX in theater #9. The theater entrance looked clean. When we got to our seats and we leaned back the seats had popcorn stuck and the seats are pretty worn. The theater wasn’t that full. There was only one lane open to get our soda and popcorn. We got our soda and the machine we used hardly had ice and that area did not look clean. After the movie I went to the restroom and as soon as I went in it had paper on the floor.trashcans were full. I had to keep opening restrooms stall because they were dirty. Then went to wash my hands and to my luck one of the water handles had no running water. Then it was dirty, there was even a hair on the sink. It made me wonder how are the employees keeping the kitchens clean or anything for that matter. They go to the dirty restroom and then serve our food. Managers need to take better care of the establishment. There are better venues out there, so I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere if things don’t improve."

"I've only been a couple of times. The theater is clean with good seats. The movie we wanted to watch was the second Dune today, but the power went out before it began. We were informed of the outage soon after, but it appears to be an ongoing issue. I overheard a conversation about this happening a week ago to a gentleman, too. We were given compensation for the movie and concessions. Hope using the tickets will not be a future issue. Will update if it is."

"I e been going here ever since it was called “Lone Star Cinema” if I’m not mistaking. I just went a couple days ago since I was in that area to take my kids to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Movie. It was really nice and they had a good time. The only complaint I have was my chair didn’t work and that the theater room was too hot. Super weird because theater rooms are never hot. People even take blankets because it’s chilly and that what I like the most. I like it to be cool. I enjoy the movie better. I was really uncomfortable. Other than that, it was good."

"Theatre is nice and large, comfy large seats with power reclining. I like this place because it is never too busy. Staff is nice, place is very clean. My only complaint is there is never enough staff so sometimes you have to stand in line for a long time for things like a popcorn refill. Great place to check out of movie!"
