"On top of constantly messing up my in person orders on a regular basis, I was lied to and told I would be given a free mug if I placed a delivery. The driver who delivered my food told me I should have received a message that they were out of mugs and I did not. I would have never ordered for delivery if I’d known they were out of the mugs. When I called the store I was told by a manager that they were out of mugs and they worded the email to say “while supplies last” and that they did that intentionally for this exact situation. Is that really how a Christian run business should be conducting themselves? False advertisement and blaming the customer for not being aware of something they should have been told was out of supplies. I have been a signature member with Chick-fil-A for many years now, so I’ve seen my fair share of stores all throughout the Houston area. If I could give this type of behavior less than 1 star I would and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this store and not place orders for delivery if this is how they should expect to be treated and talked to."

"I have visited this location to order my birthday treat. I ordered a brownie. It is hot enough, felt like it came out from the oven. It was a mixture of perfect gooey and crunchy at the same time. Not too much sweet which is great. The staff who helped was friendly and helped me smoothly through the process."

"This not set up like the typical Chick Fil A (FM 1960 near Eldridge 77065), and sadly the service would have to get better to be second rate. The service is what has me steamed, I got up went back to the counter area cup in hand with the lid off , after several minutes with numerous employees walking RIGHT BY ME, AND NO ONE OFFERING A REFILL, I simply decided to leave and never darken this locations door again! Moreover, the food was fine except for my Kale Crunch served in a Dixie Cup size container! I suggest everyone should by pass this location and head to West Road and Highway 6th——there I promise you will be treated like a valued customer. After leaving and walking to my car after the bad experience, I met a nice employee, and asked who owns this franchise…….guess what ? No shock, it’s not the same franchise owner of west rd and highway 6——-THANK GOD!"

"Wow this was so good,i loved this spicy burger,so better than other chains,feels fresh and gets like a home made feeling when eating it,i like that,enjoyed eating this and the size is also big n worth the price,recommend the spicy deluxe to other spicy burger lovers,"
