"I was on the island for vacation and had some jaw and neck/ear pain. (i think we have since decided it is some sort of TMJ). was a weird experience at this clinic - i know the island is kinda laid back so i expected the wait time etc, but 1. the fish tank in front was gross and honestly abusive to the fish. a giant black stain was across the glass and only half full of green water. 2. the doctor couldn’t tell what was wrong, which i don’t blame him for it was a jaw issue i think, but that was never even mentioned as a possibility. They took pictures of my throat with an iphone and then connected me on a zoom meeting on a big tv to talk to a person who actually seemed to be concerned unlike everyone else. They then charged me a bunch of money for two tests that they never called me with the results, and just told me to take ibuprofen. over all weird"

"My wife and I had the flu in January and Hector was GREAT !!!! He got us in and took care of us in record time!!! It didn’t stop there. My insurance company from Illinois, Health Alliance after giving instruction on what they needed to reimburse me of course denied the claim. Fast forward to July , 6 months later and the insurance company still hasn’t paid, but Hector went the extra mile and sent them more paperwork!!!! Hector, Thank you so much for your passionate care when we were sick and the unbelievable patience when dealing with this marginal insurance company, Health Alliance of Illinois!!"

"Called and made appt to b seen by doctors. Sat for 45 minutes before I was even asked my name then was told that I would eventually be seen but it would be a while. When I ask why I was asked to make an appointment I was told me so you could be seen, but this is an urgent care facility, and we take Urgent care patients first. While I sat there, three different people came in for a Covid test. I left and said I would not be back and was told basically that’s OK. The attendant at the desk was very rude."

"Husband got sick while on vacation. I stopped by ahead of time to see if they took our insurance (they did). They had an appointment for him in 2 hours. They were so professional and helpful to us. Very thorough and helpful caring medical service. I am very thankful for the care he received. I would go back here anytime."

"I'm on vacation for the week and ended up needing to see an urgent care. I found this practice and I had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. Was able to call, make an appointment for the same day, and was in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I ended up seeing the nurse practitioner and he was super kind and did everything he could to make sure I got the right medication for my issue. Highly recommended seeing them if you need it.
