"When we first walked in, the ticket-taker was talking to someone and we were not acknowledged for a few minutes. Then I waited at the Concessions counter, AT the counter, while three employees mulled around in the back. There was only one other Customer waiting for something so not sure what was more important at a Concession stand than taking my order. They didn't even acknowledge me so after 5 minutes of standing there, I just left. The theater seat I was in was comfortable but most of the seat controls didn't work and I noticed the controls on the seat next to me were out of order. The movie sound was very good. The temperature in the theater went from cool to freezing cold during the last 30 minutes of the movie. Now I remember why I go to Cinemark if I can."
"Several issues with my experience here. Roaches and ants in the bathroom. The food was horrible. I ordered jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel knots. They were served ice cold. I went back to tell them and they made me a fresh order and they were still ice cold!!! I ended up asking for something else. I settled with a pepperoni pizza. After a few bites, I was wishing I still had the ice cold pretzel knots. I missed the first 15 minutes of my movie dealing with this."
"I don't like to be negative about theatres, as simply put you watch a movie in the dark and then leave. However, this theatre as nice as it was when first opened has really degraded. The movie screens and projection need to be updated and especially the sound. Half of the recliners are usually busted and lots of the seat bottoms feel broke and indented. I recommend going to other local theatres for a much better experience."
"Loved it! I was like watching the movie in my private theater. The seats recline so you could put your feet up. Only suck when people came by you had to let em down for them to pass. I think the designer should have thought about that. Other than that Great experience! The Dolby surround sound you could feel the intensity. Really enjoyed it. Concession is pricey but experience worth it."
"Terrible experience. The service is soooooo slow. We waited 20 minutes for some flatbread pizza and pretzel bites. The pretzel bites were in a huge cake box that I didn’t know what to do with. It took up all my arm space. Seemed silly to put a handful of small pieces of pretzel in that huge box. Whatever. Waited another 25 minutes trying to purchase a beer. I didn’t bring my purse because I didn’t drive and didn’t want to keep up with it. The guy at the bar wouldn’t sell me a beer until I showed him my ID. I’m 60 years old! I look young but definitely not under 21. That was just ridiculous. There was no soap in the ladies bathroom. Gross. And there was soda or something spilled all over the floor in the lobby and the staff put up wet floor signs instead of cleaning it up. We wont be back to this theater anytime soon. The seats aren’t even comfy. Yuck all the way around."
