"Horrible staff, you have people working in the front who are unprofessional, rude and for lack of better words uneducated. Its a shame to see that professional office ran as if it was a hotel. The office manager believes the patient should do more work and their staff should do less work. Dont waist your time you will have endless issues at this office."

"Dr. Rodriguez is really good. But front desk ladies are very rude. The service is sooo long. They make you arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm your insurance and so paperwork but they still don't see in time. My whole visit was about 3 HOURS. Very unacceptable and what a lack of consideration for other's time."

"With a 2.5 review I’m surprised this place is still open. The front receptionists are very rude. The Drs. are nice but they should really consider hiring new receptionist."

"I've been coming here for a year now, for my baby's first year appointments & it's always a long wait, WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Takes about 30 to 40min to get called inside then another 30 to 40min to get seen by the dr for a 5min conversation. & if your child needs vaccines, takes more time to get the nurse back in. I don't see the point of having an appointment if it takes over 2+ hours to get in & out. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I know it's a difficult time with COVID and waits can be longer. But the wait for this place was ridiculous; we were told to get here 30 minutes earlier for processing. Once that happened it took another 20 minutes after appointment to be allowed in. That wasn't even the bad part we waited over 60-90 minutes to be seen. If it wasn't for the need for the Vaccination to start school I would have left. This place I would not recommend."
