Knee Pain Clinic

"Very unprofessional. An acquaintance of mine was meant to go in on a Monday to begin working but then was rescheduled the following week to begin. He arrived early in the morning only to be told that someone else was the given the job he was already hired for. This knee clinic did not try to reach out to my acquaintance regarding this matter. Clearly they are unorganized and very unprofessional when it comes to hiring new people into the business. This matter can only say how unprofessional they are as a business."

"Unprofessional. They told someone I know that they got hired and they would call him. They had also told him to go in the following Monday which they did. Then when they got there early in the morning they told him that someone else got the job. Not once did anyone call to let the person know that someone else got the position. When it's someone in need of a job and you tell them there hired just for them to tell the family and not get anything in the end is disappointing."

"Overpriced, when I wanted one of my meds changed the doctor didnt even bother to take the time to call me back after me calling 3 times. Even now just getting off the phone the nurse was rude af and just cut me off. F this place, dont waste your money here find somewhere else where they will give you full attention."

"I have been coming to Dr. Sanchez's clinic since 2011, since it was recommended to me. I have been very satisfied with their service and staff, since they have all the studies we need within this office, and Mrs Vela has been an excellent doctor! He also treated me with my knee problem, I had a lot of pain and swelling, and his treatment was very effective and the therapy helped. I haven't needed any more injections and I feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend it!"

"Lack of communication among employees. Very disapointed. Scheduled to be seen today and came a long way only to be told that service had to be rescheduled because person had left. Not acurate on fees for services. Customer service needs improvement!"
