"My husbands experience with Dr. Posada's office has been very disappointing. He was under his care thru Hospice and was released. He decided to keep seeing him since he felt he knew my history. He is blind and needs someone to assist him in communicating his perscription needs. Trying to get their office to get a RX that he has been on for at least 6 months has been very stressful. Trying to get them on phone and then after almost 30 minutes waiting for nurse to talk to me. Which I never did, they want me to call nurse back between 12:30 and 1:30 on lunch break. I do not recommend this office, Dr Posada was ok, but he never followed thru with Xray that he ordered for me. Lastly I believe he has office staff and procedure issues that need to be addressed."
"Absolutely the WORST CLINIC IN HARLINGEN. Staff are extremely rude and uneducated. Turned patient down due to insurance “not being up to date” which is completely wrong, their system was not working properly. Patient had stroke symptoms and they still told him to leave and come back tomorrow. ELIZABETH (BILLING DEPT) was being very rude and hung up on me. Had the audacity to tell me “well if you’re that worried about the patient take them to the hospital why do you send them to the clinic?”"
