"Worst place ever. My son came in for a fever and PA accused him of using drugs because there were high levels of protein in his urine analysis test. She went on to tell him his kidneys were failing. My son has Asperger's so he took the news of failing kidneys as a death sentence. Which any normal person would not. We went to seek a 2nd opinion and it turned out to be strep."

"Most horrible & rude customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Doctors are nice & provide detailed care and that’s the only reason we kept continuing with this center. We came for lab test & asked them if they can do it at 8 am, they said sure & sign up. I canceled the other appointment at Quest (8.20 am) so that the kid can start school on time. Then they kept us waiting unlimited time as apparently there’s only one nurse who had to do everything & apparently they didn’t feel the need to mention that to us before. Another day the same lady refused to let us see the doctor as we were more than 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic from Edinburg whereas the doctor was literally waiting for us. Very unhappy with the service."

"Terrible service! I had to wait more than 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor the first time. And I had an appointment. Thought of giving them a second chance. Had to wait almost the same time second time. There was a referral put in to see a specialist two weeks ago and it’s still pending. When I call to get status, usually the lines are busy and no one picks up. I finally got a hold of someone and I was told they only have one person to handle referral and they haven’t reviewed mine yet after TWO WEEKS! They have a patient portal where you can ask a question about your blood report. I asked a question 4 days ago about something I feel the doctor should have discussed with me during last visit but have yet to hear back. Avoid this place. Absolutely terrible service! Wish Google had an option for 0 stars."
