"My visit went very well and was advised by doctor my prescription would be sent over to pharmacy by that afternoon. Must to my dismay the prescription was now sent. I had to do without medication for 2 1/2 days. The office number does not have an answer service. The ER tried contacting doctor but never replied. On Monday, we had to contact office about situation. After making the personnel understand the situation the prescription was filled that day."
