"My brother went today, he is a Vietnam Veteran. Had the most awful experience. The lady doctor he dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and did not want to even listen to his concerns or bother to look at his paperwork. She was with her head down the whole time typing on her computer. She didn’t bother to introduce herself took less than 5 minutes with him and told him to go get bloodwork, she didn’t know what for but that’s what the were asking for. No thank you for your service, just get out of here. Disappointing!"
"Nurses and doctors helped me with my VA Claim checkup. They were thorough and helped me with the medical process. It was a smooth process and good experience"
"I met with PA Anna Lopez-Zepeda, Jan 2023. She began by saying she represents both the VA and veteran. This is a conflict of interest when the Dept of VA pays QTC. Anyhoots, my claim was for secondary bilateral foot conditions. She asked how do I link DJD of the spine to those foot conditions. I explained the 1984, active duty, right spiral fracture of my tibia/fibula left my right leg shorter. Furthermore, the VA was aware of this and had previously awarded me bilateral DJD of my knees with bone spurs and recognized my fractured leg as having altered my gait. Morever, the VA has recognized my SI joint dysfunction along with bilateral SI degenerative changes. Lastly, the mpls VA orthopedic surgeon Harry Robbinson (1984) told me I would have issues with my legs/feet and back later in life due to the shortening of my right leg. I had the paperwork with me!!! Anna told me: "that's speculative." Received the decision and the VA denied... both bilateral plantar fasciitis and DJD of the feet. Only addressing my left foot with NO mention of my right foot!! Perhaps she should read up on secondary (pathophysiological) conditions."
"Staff was so kind. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I was seen within 5 minutes after being checked in"
"Very pleasant staff. Not rushing me through. Very thorough. All together a pleasant experience."
