"Don’t bother here. Scheduled an appointment online, took the time off of work to show up, just to be told that they won’t see me because the doctors not in. Showed them email confirmation of my appointment and they didn’t care. Next appointment not available until a month later. I could’ve seen a different doctor if I’d known."

"I broke a rib on the job. I went to the UHS ER in Edinburg. They confirmed of my broken rib. They instructed me to follow up with my doctor. I tried and was denied service because according to the receptionist i should have gone to their clinic first. Ridiculous! First and last visit there."

"The wait is ridiculous. Appointment time was at 2pm and did not leave till 2hrs later. On top of that, the doctor was out to lunch and the staff did not tell me. So there i wait hours later thinking i am going to be seen until i finally asked. When they told me she will be here in a few minutes, i knew that was a lie. So i grabbed my things and left without seeing the doctor on a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Only a few patients at a time are seen but you will be there for hours waiting for the doctor in the room. Especially if she is out to lunch and they schedule you during her lunch hour. I feel completely disrespected as a patient. Never coming back again..."
