"If you value your time, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have been going to this place for probably a year now there hasn't been a single time that I am seeing on time I always have to wait over an hour to be seen even though I always make appointments, I keep going cause the location is convenient for me but I am DONE. I had an appointment yesterday over the phone and 20 minutes after the appointed time I gave the clinic a call and they told me that someone was going to call me back, an hour went by and I had to call back and they told me that the doctor doesn't see anyone over the phone unless she's done with the cases that are at the clinic, no one said that to me either, what's the point of scheduling me then?? The answering service took the call even though the clinic was still supposed to be open. I just called them, 3 PM the next day cause no one has even bother to call me back to even explain what happen, the lady at the front telling me that I was scheduled at a different location when I did not ask for that nr was I told that. Apparently one of the doctors bounced me back to the other Dr and I'm supposed to just magically know this. I have wasted now over a month's time in lab work done, work that was supposed to get done came in about two weeks later, all I freaking wanted was a stupid referral, and the doctor wanted me to have all these things done just to get paid, worthless place, as if right now, not a call or anything from the clinic or staff,so unprofessional. I will be calling my insurance and the BBB to report you"

"My initial appointment with the NP was great. She was patient, I felt heard, and we came up with a good plan. Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with the office itself. I never received a call from any of referrals placed. I called quite a few times and was told I would get a call back which never happened. No one ever responded to the messages I left. After about 1 month if this I just decided it was not worth the hassle. Great provider but poor office staff."
