"The doctor is nice. The front staff is rude, they also told me my blood work would not have additional cost but I got billed in the mail from the lab work company. So the front staff needs more training on how billing works and to be transparent to the patient about it, as well as customer service skills. Be friendly to patients."

"I will never go back to this clinic!!! When i needed them most for my son, his needs were not met!!!! The person whom takes care of DME hung up on Lees pharmacy. I kept insisting for my sons needs. And NOPE!!!! This person needs to learn this is her job!!!! Im glad i changed clinics!!!"
