"This place needs to be shut down. I had my stuff in storage 4 months. My stuff was covered in black mold.. I had to throw 1500 worth of stuff on trash. They told me to file a claim. But it's memory's. Pictures. Etc much more. Never would I recommend this place The owner doesn't care about the mold and no refund. Taking this to court now. Stay away. Burn this place down"

"I don't like that they don't have any security there but Cassie , the store manager, has been very empathetic and says she is doing everything in her power to help me. I was one the units that had my lock cut and some of my personal items taken. The police were called."
