"Very unprofessional staff. Went in as a walk in and they just told me to take a seat and they would call me when they have time. Didn't even gave me a chance to write my name on the waiting list. Waited over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. Had to leave to another clinic."

"I used to come to this clinic all the time for almost 5 years!! It was my favorite clinic and Hiram and the receptionists were very helpful and attentive great doctors and nurses. I noticed they changed all the workers at this clinic and everything is just turned upside down. The receptionist sometimes don’t even know what they’re doing and I had to get a covid test today and turned me away and HOURS later while I’m at another clinic they tell me to go inside that I will be next!! They are so disorganized and unprofessional and don’t really do their jobs right. I also went in last week to see how my anemia is doing and the new doctor there didn’t even check my blood to see my current results. He went by what I had months ago. Never am I ever coming back to this clinic."

"visited on 4/21/2021 : horrible customer service from the front window staff, very rude and make you feel worse than you're already feeling. No complains from the Dr. Suarez but the employees in the front are very rude. the staff member who takes your vitals FORGET IT!!! very unprofessional and treat you like if they don't want you there. Also their restroom is very dirty and i saw a mouse and cockroaches."

The NP (Mr.Suarez) has an excellent way of communicating with expertise advice in order to foresee that not only I continue with a healthy lifestyle, but my kids and husband too! The entire staff is very tentative from the moment I walk in to the clinic. In my lifetime I have been a patient in many clinics/Dr’s offices and and not one has come close to the way I am taken care of and explained thoroughly from examinationS and follow ups. Excellent and friendly staff!"

"Been here twice in the evening. Had no waiting time. Great and fast service. But they supposedly e-mailed my prescription and the pharmacy didn't get it. So now i have to call the next day to get my medication because they are closed. I would still go again."
