First and foremost, the scheduling process was/is very convenient as you can use the website/phone app to book/schedule your appointment. There was no wait time at all, and Dr. Tovar was very professional, doing a great job gathering the information he will need for any of my future health concerns. You can always tell when someone is being genuine & listening to you intently. I opted for bloodwork also & the nurse/staff that drew my blood did a fantastic job!
