AMC Irving Mall 14

"Simple theater for watching movies. Has fourteen rooms for different movies ,so you can get in most times. The atmosphere is okay but needs some decorations besides just big hall ways."

"Come early if you want your money's worth! Inconsistent information provided amongst employees. I went to an evening show starting at 9pm and asked what time concession would close for refills, I told them my show was scheduled to end at 11:35pm and I would only buy a large if I could refill it after the show since the refills are only valid same day. After being assured that I could redeem the refill when my movie was over, I paid for the tub. Only to be denied a refill when exiting the theater as they emptied all machines and started cleaning. Just hate the fact I paid $12 for something and couldn't even get my money's worth."

"Inside a dying mall know for gang activities and shootings, AMC 14 is nevertheless a very good and relatively safe theater. Clean, pretty up to date and well staffed they do a good business, like most theaters, especially on the weekend. Had a bar, Stadium seating, reclining seats, temperatures in theaters are comfortable, that are swept and checked between shows. Lived in the area for years and never had a bad experience."

"As a recent A list member, I've been visiting various locations in the area. This one was pretty standard, though I continue to struggle with the fact that many of these theaters have little to no dividers between urinals in the men's restroom. This one had none! Privacy is important! I will say that Irving mall, especially in the area where the theater is located is really dying and becoming bare. There's a lot of loitering and sketchy people hanging around the entrance to this theater and part of the mall."

"Walked in and it felt like the heater was cranked up or air conditioner was inoperable. It was mid 70's all day and the heat escalated immediately walkn in. Seen and sat in the massage chair located in the middle of the mall. I paid $5.50 for a 15 minute service that never happened due to machine malfunctioning while still charging my card used for paymt. Paymt. was immediately pending, but again no service was rendered. Currently in the process of disputing the transaction for the full refund of $5.50 for non service receiveable. Other than that... , absolutely felt like no air circulating at all while walking through the mall until we got to the AMC movie theater. The AMC movie theater, on the other hand, was very nice. Loved the nice updates and red reclining chairs. The movie picture quality sound was nice. My bestie/ fellow fa and I were able to enjoy some adult beverages while reclined in the nice comfortable leather like material and perfect temperature as well. Definitely will be back to watch more movies here."
