"It shouldn't take hours to print a document. I came in and the guy handling the printing refused to print it for another few hours. I've never had this experience here before, am I've used this service for business and personal reasons multiple times. Never again. I know I can't rely on them anymore."
"I was recently in this location and the man at office print section was rude to an Amazon delivery driver because the driver only spoke Spanish. I felt the need to interject and told him not to be rude and if anyone else there spoke Spanish and he said no one working today does. No one should be ridiculed or spoken down to because they don’t speak English not to mention the driver was only doing his job. The spring location is in a very diverse neighborhood with people of all backgrounds their staffing should reflect that as well as have employees on staff who speak different languages. Instead of a staff who speaks negatively to people because they dont."
"Wow. Incredibly RUDE and lazy. Came here for the 2nd time in a week's period to have packages sent via FedEx since there is a FexEx drop off location here. First time, they were not accepting any more packages that day since the FexEx drop off location inside was full. 2nd time, I asked for the manager and she was so very rude. I had the two medium sized packages and they could not help me so I asked what other locations of FedEx can I drop these off? She said, "You can Google it". Her and her employee were standing right there doing nothing, and I had these two packages in my arms. I said can you please tell me what is a valid location I can drop off these FedEx packages? I asked her to give me an address or location, she refused. And so RUDE. Sorry I've been coming to this Office Depot location for 13 years now, but won't be coming back. Too much poor and rude service."
"Purchased black cartridge there in July. We are retired, rarely print, maybe 3 or 4 pages and black ink ran out. As you know, won't print without all colors. Returned today, Nov 11. No refund, no help PLUS informed no Military discount on ink. This is Veterans Day! Plenty of other places to buy office supplies!"
"Banner grommet ripped during the initial hanging. I had a piece of ugly brown packing tape on hand to fix it. A few minutes later the opposite side ripped and fell. The few minutes it did stay up many people came just because of the food on the sign. I had to remove it completely and tons of sales were missed because there was no indication of what was being offered. The banner looked good but the quality was bad."
