"Pretty good gas station but way too crowded during the day, so I get my gas there at 5am on my way to work. Pumps work fine but from time to time, you see some shady types of people who ask for money or sit in the vehicle and never pump gas."

"I recently visited the QT on 170 and 377, a location my family and I frequent daily. We've always had positive experiences with the friendly staff here, but today was a letdown. I stood in line patiently and, when it was finally my turn, I handed my lottery tickets to the cashier for scanning. To my surprise, she asked, "Are these winners?" I replied honestly, "I don't know." Instead of helping me further or checking the tickets, she simply slid them back to me and said "well you can go scan them yourself over there" and proceeded to assist another customer as if I didn't require any further assistance. I was taken aback and explained, "No, I still need to purchase more lottery tickets." While this QT location usually impresses with its efficient handling of multiple customers simultaneously, this particular encounter with the cashier left much to be desired. It seems like the quality of service at this branch is declining, and I may have to consider driving to the QT on 35 and 114 in the future."

"The employees are very rude and rush!!! They need to slow down! I went in to play the lottery and filled out a pick 3. I only wanted to play $3 worth but when the girl gave it to me it was $6 which means she charged me twice instead of giving me the fireball. She tried to argue with me when I told her it should’ve only been $3 and stated “the system did it so it must be something right”. Out of all the QuikTrips I’ve been to I must say this one is the worst! The entire cashier was very unpleasant and in a rush! They need to work on one customer at a time!"

"I love this QT location! It's my favorite store! I always stop at this one on my way to Keller and the restroom is always very clean, no trash or TP everywhere, it even smells good in there lol! The employees are so nice and helpful and always have a professional attitude! I got a couple of Greek yogurt smoothies and the clerk was so quick and asked how I was doing, and told me to have a good day. Great positive & happy attitude! I've been to stores where the clerk is just obviously annoyed and probably doesn't want to be there but not here! Customer service I would definitely give 5 stars! And absolutely recommend going to this location!"
