I bought the Elfa Decor System for our house remodel. The designer who helped us put the plans together was free to us. She even told us when to make the purchase so we could take advantage of the 30% off sale that was coming up. She set up a time to call me to take my credit card so purchasing was quick and easy over the phone. When the installer showed up today he was professional and courteous and when he finished we ended up needing some modifications to the design. Rather than have me go to the store to return things and get others, he called the store to get what he needed, returned the wrong and extra pieces, got the credit issued to my CC and then came back to the house to finish the job. Well done!!!!!"
