"By far the worst warehouse! Always busy to the point you cannot move around the aisles with the cart. And since when do we have to place the items on the register belt? I will do it out of courtesy if I feel like it. Yesterday I wasn’t feeling it because I recently had surgery, I drove over an hour to make it to the warehouse and I have to worry about a newborn at home! I shouldn’t even have to explain myself why! I don’t understand why Branden H. at the register feels the need to give me ultimatums and an attitude for not putting items on the belt if that’s his job and if that’s why I’m paying a membership. He wouldn’t scan my membership card because I only placed few items on the belt! Get a better attitude or get a new job! Next time I will call corporate"

"This review is specifically for the tire section. I was in the market for tires. I still had some tread remaining but was going on a road trip and thought I should have them replaced. I called the store and worked through the phone system to reach the tire section. After a couple of days of ringing them several times each day I selected the option to talk with Admin. Admin informed me that my best option was to come into the store, select and pay for tires, and finally to make an appointment for installation. Basically two trips. Admin then said I could leave a message and the tire section would call me back, I could order the tires, schedule an installation appointment and be done. I'm still waiting on them to call me back after 5 days. In the meantime I called Discount Tire, had them ordered and installed three days ago. And... Discount Tire was even cheaper by a few dollars. Normally I believe Costco has fantastic customer service, but apparently it hasn't spread to the tire section."

"Nice location, clean store, considerate staff. There's a gas station here as well. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the lines moved quickly, - was able to checkout in around 5 minutes. They also carry halal ground beef in the frozen section. During a visit in August 2023, I also found frozen halal goat cubes. That was good to see. Glad they're adding to the offerings."
