"If you are an older patient BEWARE! He refuses to do surgery and just leaches the insurance companies with appointment and appointment and you just have to deal with the pain!!! I need foot surgery but I'm elderly so it's not worth the money or time!"
"Reception is not helpful there. Dr Jack Conoley deserves better. He did an amazing ACL replacement and other work in there. If you could get past the 9 useless front people it would be great."
"I haven't even seen the doctor yet and I can already tell you that I will NOT be returning to this place. First of all I called and let them know I was running a few minutes behind, I get there 9 minutes after the appointment time and the reception said "you do know your appointment was at 10:50, that means you're late." I explaoned to her that I called and informed whomever I spoke to and they told me there is a 15 minute grace period, which I am well within. She told me I needed a mask, which I informed her I did not have. She (in not so many words) told me I needed to either find a mask or leave. I asked if they had one I could have, she said no and I needed to leave. I drove over an hour for this appointment! Luckily a woman in the waiting room had a mask I could use to get into my appointment. The front staff is a joke here."
"Very shoddy record keeping. Do not leave your cud's of x rays or MRI at this office. They have a discard policy of your medical information even though they don't tell you up front."
