"Had Tangram interiors under contract since December and the whole process has been a nightmare. First our current project manager was fired, and when he was replaced the new guy said they would still be able to meet our February deadline, but we are currently a week past that with no installation date in sight. Our email exchanges have turned extremely passive aggressive with no updates being provided despite repeated requests. Would recommend choosing another company if you are a smaller business with a lower order quantity, because we feel as though we’ve been treated as an afterthought rather than as a priority customer"

"UTTER INCOMPETENCE FOR 10 MONTHS I requested a replacement cylinder for a Steelcase chair in April 2017. The chair is still in production. After 11 months of waiting, calling, e-mailing, stalling and apologies from Mamie and Steve they are giving me the courtesy of refunding the money I gave them 7 months ago. They sent a technician by last week, supposedly with the spares (finally) who not only did not have the correct part, but destroyed my chair trying to insert the incorrect part.....stating "you will not be charged for any labor incurred""

"Absolutely great customer service. I own a Steelcase Leap v2 chair that had an issue and this is the service retailer for Dallas area. Susan Barnhart helped me fix my chair and identified the issue correctly - something which the actual Steelcase company couldn't got wrong and estimated that a repair cost upwards of $400 to fix. Their showroom is also very nice and people are knowledgeable and friendly."
