Filled out an application on January 4th called five times that same day to make sure I'd get an appointment for a simple pregnancy test the girl I spoke with assured me I'd get a call back, never got a call back. I ended up going all the way to kerrville to first choice reproductive health where I was told yesterday I had a miscarriage. I had plans to have them take care of my pregnancy and to take my daughter to be seen by them but I wouldn't trust them even with my life or my daughter's. If they aren't even able to answer a simple phone or schedule something as simple as an appointment how can you trust them with your families health? I have experience in a medical clinic myself and it's not rocket science to schedule a new patient doesn't even take more than 30 minutes to pick up a phone, call back and schedule an appointment. When I went to first choice in less than 10 minutes I was already in their system and was already being seen. Horrible service and I hope if someone ends up pregnant to just look somewhere else but here!!!"
