"Returns CSR are not helpful. I have a big return to be processed by OfficeSupply , despite after a few calls in last couple of weeks, they were able to process partial refund and beyond that Returns CSR not willing to investigate and just trying to end the call. 1/3rd of the refund still pending and they do not willing to investigate proof receiving damaged shipment at the warehouse (so that I can file claim with shipper) or return counting was not performed accurately. I have no choice left other than Google review to point out problems at the return department, if they can fix it or not."
