"I went in the business and felt as if they did not want me there. They charge for a tip without my permission. Everything was resolved thanks to Lupe"
"We went yesterday around 8:15pm and they were already closed. Google hours of operation display location closes at 9pm. The employees were inside but didn't want to open the door nor bothered to let us know lobby was already closed. Several customers stopped by after us but also left because the front doors were already locked. The employees saw we where outside and never bothered letting us know that the lobby was closed and they could have assisted us thru drive thru since we did see several cars go thru the drive thru lane (Not sure if they were actually helped) This was very disappointing, if your office hours have changed please display them on your front door or update your Google information. You lost several customers last night because of the lack of communication from your employees."
