"As lifelong Kentucky residents we moved to Tampa, Florida in early 2016. Missing many of the finer things from Kentucky we placed and order for Halls Beer Cheese, Pimento Cheese and Benedictine. The first order arrived as expected, but due to the unprecedented heat in Florida the product was not as chilled as it should have been. The Benedictine was for my mother's 86th birthday and I desperately needed a replacement. I sent an email and within 30 minutes I received a reply telling me that they would replace my order without question. Not only was everything we order absolutely delicious, but the customer service could not have been better. I will continue to order their fine products and have them shipped to Florida as often as possible. I highly recommend everything they sell. Crafted in Kentucky is the BEST........"
