"Horrible customer service. They sent me a text saying my prescription is out of stock, but if I call I can get it filled at another pharmacy today. I called and asked which pharmacy to visit, and got a condescending explanation that my doctor would have to write a new prescription. I told them my doctor will gladly send a new prescription to the correct pharmacy if they'll just answer the question I actually asked. Turns out the whole thing was a lie. It wasn't in stock anywhere. I wasted twenty minutes out of my work day on a lie."
