"Here again I have been told completely opposite information!! I was told my order shipped Thursday! The order was so big my cc declined so I used my decor card. She said it would ship Thursday. Usually it’s a one day ship... with Covid I expected a delay! I called today just checking in sinced I received no emails with confirmation tracking... well come to find out it didn’t ship and will not ship for another week!! The lady was so rude and not helpful at all! Not even a sorry! You could tell she couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me! Like I was a waste of her time. I get other people lives are hectic and we don’t know what’s going on with each other’s personal life/attitude etc. but if you work for a large company and answer phones daily... you need to have good customer service skills with compassion and empathy! I absolutely love you florals!!! Great quality and over the years I haven’t had any issues until this past year! Why are you all so rude! And no I mean NO-ONE can get their stories straight! ITS ALWAYS a diff story every time I call! For over a year now!!! When you have thousands of dollars of my hard earned money I deserve to know where my products are!!! And when they will arrive!! My orders always take forever to arrive and they never ship back orders even though if they are over $500 they say they will! I preorder way ahead of time and never ever get those orders! By the time I remember I call and they are sold out! What’s the point of ore ordering if they don’t ship the flowers to you when they are in like they promise? I’m BEYOUND frustrated! There are so other wonderful floral company’s out there that I’ve worked with and haven’t had half the trouble I have with them. The sad part is, they don’t care! They could care less there was a issue with your order! They don’t appreciate their customers or the loss of their business! I do about $3000 every other month but I’m going to stop! It’s not worth the headache, stress and disappointment! It’s sad that you guys can’t get it together enough to fix these ongoing issues! You have a great product! Get your customer service where it needs to be so you can be a better company for everyone !! I would LOVE for someone to call me and apologize and maybe explain why this has been happening!! An apology would be nice!"
