"This place has 0 customer service. When you’re wanting to speak with a doctor you get a different NP everytime. Today I had a scheduled app, and someone told the new RN, that she could just call me right after, about 3 hrs earlier than my app. Then, the RN told me that the RN who helped me before is no longer working there. I expressed my frustration about the whole thing, I was willing to discuss my visit, but she decided to place me on hold to reschedule the appointment again?! I’m fed up with this place. I couldn’t fet to discuss my test results and get the help I need."

"Front office staff is absolutely terrible, they do not communicate to the Drs or NPs. As a healthcare professional I highly discourage anyone from having to deal with their negligence, not professional whatsoever."

"Because Lydia, the office manager really cares about the patients and how the patients are treated, I was able to be seen today. She is very friendly and caring. And does a great job managing the office. Also, Although, this place is very busy (which shows how much the patients love this clinic), Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez is worth waiting for and seeing if you’re able to. Dr. Gonzalez is very intelligent and caring who sees the person (patient) as a whole and is a great critical thinker."
