"Got a couple of their specials and a great looking steak for me for next week. Went for lunch at their deli. We all had some version of their Hamburgers. Delivered nice and hot and were delicious. They were 8 ounces each."

"I am overall pleased with this place but got some stinky chicken. Had to return. After much confusion as to how to handle the situation, they informed me there is a no cash back policy??? Really. I didn't need anything else & would have rather gotten my money back. Said they would write my name down for a credit.. Hmmmm... Only place I've done business with, where they don't have cash back.. or offer to put it back on your card.. Not impressed."

"I’ve been wanting to go check this place out, after today’s experience I will not be back and will discourage other patrons. I simply wanted to spend about $200 on some steaks and asked what they had ready. I turned around after speaking with the staff to grab some thick cut bacon, I returned to the counter and waited about 2 minutes ( no big deal they were busy getting things ready). I eventually rang the bell for service. The younger gal asked do you still need help. I replied “that’s why I rang the bell”. Another gal slightly older came out and interrupted as that happened the younger gal turned around and spoke poorly of me. I asked what did she say? I heard perfectly well what she said, I at this point just left as I did so the older gal decided to verbally attack me as I walked out. I decided to vote with my wallet! Shame! I would have purchased at least several hundred dollars worth a week. I prefer to patronize locally owned businesses. I will avoid this business. I to am a business owner and this makes me sad employees would treat any customer like I was treated. Edited update September I revisited this establishment twice now. It’s a Mom and Pop so maybe it was just a bad day wanting to give it another try. Spend my money locally. I have not seen the two women that were there the first time I visited. The staff I’ve encountered since have been polite and attentive. The butcher cut four ribeyes to my desired thickness 2” and was courteous and professional. Since I have experienced nothing but kindness and courteous professional service I have changed my rating to four stars from one. I will continue to shop at this establishment. All goes well I will review again. P.S. the steaks were awesome!"

"I rarely give reviews and at that I almost never give a bad review. But here goes: insanely overpriced sandwiches that aren’t made anywhere near correctly by uninformed staff. That pretty much sums it up. Burnt hamburger meat that was crudely chopped. Almost whole slices of green pepper. A little cheese on a cold bun and they call it a grinder and charge nearly $10 for it. Which by the way was half the size they originally were."
