"I have a really bad experience at the time of checking when I visit to La clinica. Receptionist Rebecca is not a good asset to La Clinica de Familia and she has been here for a couple years now. I honestly don't know how because she is very rude. I am not trying to be a bad person and actually make her lose her Job because maybe she is a mother and needs to provide for her family as well just like a lot of us. That's why it took me a while to post this. Unfortunately you have to learn from your mistakes. Patients don't deserve to be treated unkindly, She has to do a better job and communicate better with patients be more polite and helpful. Also she is not professional always has patients waiting while she's giggling behind the desk and yawning while assisting patients. Also have witnessed how she is very impatient with elderly patients, the way she speaks, her tone of voice she helps them in a rude tone of voice. Maybe providing some training for her or talking to to her maybe a warning. We try to arrive to our appointments with a smile and she puts us in a bad mood she doesn't know what each patient is going thru. It would very much appreciated if administration could read our reviews and do something about the services we are receiving if not they will be losing patients for the bad customer service we all receive from her part."
"This is about the psychological services not being provided at this location. My mother who is older went to go see a lady there and she told her that my mom was fine and did not need to see her. Well ma'am, my mom is in dier need of a professional and as a professional I think you are doing a disservice to the women in our community. It was unbelievably difficult to get her to finally see a professional and then to be turned away was so disheartening for both her and myself. No thank you."
