"Don't go to Percy. Knew right away after our first interaction that I would request to change doctors. No business hours. Receptionist(s) via phone is a roulette, gotta be firm and direct with them because if they don't understand you, which they won't, they're going to get all mad and become rude."
"From there health clinic to Dental very very useless people , it's no wonder why everyone talks bad about them, I am needing an exam and tooth extraction as soon as possible , but no they want to make me appointment within a month , like seriously? How useless and lazy .These Fe Clinics are absolute garbage"
"Just called to ask a couple of questions for an elderly family member in need of dental attention. The phone was answered by “CARLA” this woman is the prime example why receptionist have a bad reputation for being rude. If a rude El Paso woman needed a mascot Carla would be an ideal candidate for the job as long as that job did not require common courtesy or any customer service skills. She answered as if it was a bother for her to provide the services she was hired for. She has no business in a professional setting, no business representing any establishment what so ever. I hope an office manager reads this and provides coaching and constructive criticism hoping she will learn and improve. Hopefully management will provide someone with the proper attitude and customer service skills to take your place soon. I can only imagine how your lack of patience has a negative effect on the elderly or anyone who need answers."
"Discrimination at its finest. Tried to apply for services for my baby but was told that she doesn’t qualify yet we were not told why. They didn’t even ask all of our household situation just told us we didn’t qualify. For a family of 6 and low income it’s interesting that we wouldn’t qualify for the sliding fee scale. I bet those same people claim to be Christian. Glad I found another clinic that treats people with respect."
"Their services are very poor, Dr’s don’t really check you out. Staff at the check in are rude and unprofessional. Certain Dr’s are very unprofessional, especially when you’re sitting there in pain. They’ll tell you “Oh, your not in that much pain.” How do they know? It’s not their body. You’re told, you have 2 to 3 minutes to tell them what is wrong with you. They look at their phones like it is more important than you are. When registering you have to be there before 7 am, but the people doing registration never arrive on time or they are behind the front desk gossiping about this person or that person. Then when you get an appointment you have to wait over an hour to even be called back because they schedule you and 10 other people to see the same Dr at the same time. Then you’re rushed out and have to sit in the lobby another hour ti get your prescriptions or Dr orders for whatever you need for your next visit. If you don’t have your payment, you best have it in less than a week. Other wise it is full price, they don’t tell you at the time you need service. They don’t help you with your disability if you need it, best lawyer up for that! I do recommend the dental department! They are very friendly, courteous, and professional. They do explain things to where you can understand and try to fit you in as soon as possible. Never had an issue with anyone in this department of the clinic. I personally love the staff in this department. I would give the dental department 5 stars if it were by itself."
