"I dropped my wallet at pump#9 and they got the thief that stole it on camera but didn’t want to look at the camera. I had to get the police to look for me. When the loss prevention manager called me he was very nasty! He can identify the woman but the police have to contact him. He hung up on me twice. He said “no lawyer is dumb enough to go against our policies”. One of the worst men i have ever spoken to. I even humbled myself and was nice after he hung up the first time."

"I had my wallet stollen while on camera on their property. When I was telling an employee, I had money in my wallet the other laughed very rudely. They make you get the police and have a special protocol to even look at a Camera. They forbid customers looking at their camera footage. The loss prevention manager called me and was very rude. He hung up on me twice and said he didn’t care about my problem. The Police will be contacting him as he surely doesn’t want to interfere in an ongoing investigation.."

"Recently moved to the area about a year ago. I hit this location at least 5-6 time a week for one thing or another. I'm more than impressed with Kimm the Manager...not once have I witnessed her doing any task that all the other CSR's perform. Garbage, bathrooms, prepping and cooking their food which is the epitome of a strong manager. The entire staff there is amazing...friendly, greets with a smile...I appreciate this entire group at this location!"

"I stopped for gas coming through Paducah yesterday 2/26/2023 at about 5 p.m as I was walking up to the door, a man was walking out LOUDLY CUSSING the poor blonde young woman that was working, I believe her name is Jamie. There is no way that anyone should be treated like that by ANYONE!! The woman was being as pleasant as can be. He CUSSED her because they were out of his type of cigarettes! I don't understand how people can have kids and then cuss other kids. She did not deserve or need that man's CUSSING and I made it known that he was wrong. I hope her name is Jamie because she deserves the 5 stars for being a class act when someone was demeaning and down right ugly!! Good job sweetie!! I'm sorry that you have to put up with absue from ignorant people. You are a class act in my book!! Great job!"

"Great little gas n go between Mickey D's and Backyard Burgers on Lone Oak Rd. here in Paducah! Good people. Clean store. Great snacks, chips and drink selection. Could stand to be a little cheaper on some of their things in the store, but a good store overall. One other thing I wish. I wished that they had things like eggs, butter, bacon and packaged lunch meat. And a bigger selection of dry grocery. But other than that it's a peach of a store!"
