"I thought the exam went well on 2/16/24. Headache, both ears hurt, can’t hear, no voice, etc. i was told both ears had fluid and I was prescribed prednisone, cough “pearls” and was told to also get Zyrtec and Flonase. The only thing all of that did was heal the dyshydrotic eczema … eczema of the hands. Called again exactly 2 weeks to the day with still no relief after taking meds and requested an antibiotic. At this point, I’m 6 hours away from Lubbock and was told I needed to come back in. Oh! And the NP I saw, had moved to another location. Now remember, she saw I had fluid in BOTH ears. If I were a child, the first thing that would’ve been done is prescribe an antibiotic. Needless to say, I’m very frustrated."
