"I love this doctor. She will listen to you and be your advocate in whatever you are facing. She will be frank with you when you ask her question and support you."
"Dr. Soriano has been my PCP for many years. He is always caring and takes time to be sure he has fully covered any concerns or questions I might have about my health."
"I experienced the same type of treatment that is being added here also. Went in for high blood pressure medications and issues with swelling. The PA (Burt) took me off one of the meds that day without ever having seen me or my history before and only spending 15 mins with me. Immediately the next day my BP skyrocketed and had to call the ER to get help. Called Monday to the clinic and was told I would have to come back in and pay again to be seen.. seriously, for a followup for something you did? Went in and saw Michelle who then prescribed a diuretic to help out , but I questioned the medications and the fact my BP was still elevated. I asked for a referral for a cardiologist and was referred instead to a Internal Med... then received a letter a week later that they were " not going to provide services to me anymore because of a patient/ provider difference of opinion" and gave me 30 days to find someone else while they only provided interim emergency care .. are you kidding me????????? So questioning my provider on issues with the type of care provided is frowned upon????THis is the type of care you provide UMC? Shame on you.. I even called to day with a question on a DRUG INTERACTION and they literally put me on hold for 45 minutes and never came back. ONE OF THE WORST OFFICES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO FOR MEDICAL CARE AND I AM A FORMER EMERGENCY SVCS WORKER!! SHAME ON THIS OFFICE!"
"Check in was great. The medical assistant student was not knowledgeable on anything she spoke about! I had been waiting an hour past my appointment time. I put all my symptoms down at check in. When I got to the room, she said, "the doctor is only allowed 15min visits so we can't address all your issues today". She left and came back and said you would be better suited to go somewhere else. Michelle eventually came in and said, "I came in for one issue". She didn't correctly diagnose it. Said they didn't have the correct xray machine. I left and went to Covenant walk in/wait from home and they were excellent. Correctly diagnosed and listened to all my "issues" and got me my referrals before I even left the building. The Director for Physician Services would be very disappointed in this experience. I won't be back with any of my family."
"LOVE my OB, I cannot say that enough! And the staff is wonderful. Two stars because people's time is of no value here. My appointment was at 9:30am its now almost 10:30am and I still haven't been seen. What is the point of an appointment? Call me when you are actually ready to see me, or be truer to your appointments. Communicate."
