"No respect for time, they'll have you sitting way past your appointment time and that's YOUR problem, not theirs. From the beginning, i was spammed with messages about my appointment but the never mentioned more tests. When I checked in the lady in the lobby looked at me with disgust and then at the imaging area, that lady was condescending and rude when I asked why the xrays I've already done weren't good enough. Also they waited until I got there to tell me that they wanted x-rays so I had to waste more time sitting and waiting despite already having had x-rays and an mri. Won't ever return"

"Went here for a UTI and the flu (I had both at the same time. Don’t recommend). The receptionist was very personable and kind, so no complaints there. Now here comes the reason for the one star. After a long, long wait I was taken back by a nurse. I informed her about the two reasons for my visit. She was very curt and rude and told me that I could only have one reason for the appointment and would have to schedule another appointment for the other. I told her that I’ve never experienced such a rule in any other doctor’s office I’ve been to in my 23 years of existence and that I wanted to be tested for both. We argued for a while longer and she continued to be very dismissive and rude to me. I eventually won by saying that the flu like symptoms started at the same time as the UTI, so she very begrudgingly let me get tested for both. The doctor was nondescript; just trying to get in and out as fast as possible. The nurse stayed in the room the whole time while the doctor was there and made mean faces at me. I stayed as polite as I could because I don’t believe in being rude to get your way, but I was honestly very upset to be disregarded so blatantly. I really had to fight to get the care I needed. I would not recommend this place in the slightest. Please avoid!"
