"My twins see Dr. Strong and sadly he was booked for the day. His nurse recommended the urgent care right next door for my daughter cause she was running fever. I walk in and didn’t even get greeted. The front lady, Teresa, was very rude and unprofessional to me. She had an attitude the whole time. I told her that I need my daughter to be seen and that she was a patient of Dr. Strongs and she very rudely said “Have you tried to make an appointment with him?” I understand they were busy but his nurse are the ones that recommended to go to that urgent care! I love Dr.Strong and his nurse, but I will not be going back to that Urgent Care!!"

"Super unprofessional female in the front desk. I called ahead of time & told her my wife hurt herself at work & she said I could come in. I brought my wife just for her to say she didn’t speak to me & tell me anything & they couldn’t see her. She walked away in the middle of supposedly helping us to tend to her child with her at work behind the desk. Very unprofessional & just poor service. The other lady was helpful & nice"

"I was swabbed for a strep test cause I was pretty sure that's what I had. She barely even touched my throat with the swab. She came back a few minutes later with another swab and said are you ok if we test you for Covid? I said nope and she said oh. So then the doctor came in and said why don't you want to be tested for Covid. I said cause i feel that I don't have Covid. I asked her just to prescribe me and antibiotic. We went back and forth and she finally said let me go get your paperwork and she never came back the nurse came in being rude handed me my paperwork and said she called you in a prescription. So after what she prescribed me a few days later I did feel better. If your going to charge me for a test at least take it correctly. Before you want to do a different test."

"I had been to a different clinic for cold symptoms that wouldn't go away and this place was by far faster, more thorough, and so so kind. They made me feel cared for and didn't act like they were in a hurry, but I was still in and out within half an hour!"

"Second time I have gone here and the Doctors have both been rude. No table side manners at all. I just went in there and he seemed annoyed from the get go. I wanted to make sure I was given the right information because he kept commenting on how I couldn't do much because I have "high blood pressure" and then kept saying differrnt medications. He got annoyed and then when I said well obviously you're annoyed and I can't seem to ask anything without attitude he raised his voice and said. You don't listen and I can't tell you anything. I mean sir who is getting paid here? I ended up walking out. Not all Covenant offices are like this but I understand why there is no wait anytime I go in. Save your money and go to another place. This one is a HUGE GAMBLE! Rude rude doctors"
