"Will not be going back. Front office staff is very rude. I had to reschedule my children's appointmemts due to a meeting I had for work. I called the office the day before and the front office staff said because it was less than 24 hours (mind you it was 11am the day before, their appointments were at 9am the next day) their appointments would be considered a no show...I explained I called as soon as the meeting was scheduled for my job so that I can reschedule. The representative said "if you have 3 no shows Dr V has the right to not see your children" I asked if I could reschedule and the only time available was next month...I went ahead and rescheduled their appointments for 8am and 8:30am ....about a week later I recieved a letter for each of my children who I rescheduled their appointments (3 total) in the mail from the clinic saying if I have 3 no shows the Dr has a right to drop my children as their PCP....fast forward a month later I recieved reminder texts 2 days leading up to the appointment. 10:15am the day before my children's appointment I recieve a call from the clinic from a very rude front office staff who said I would need to reschedule one of my children's appointments to a different time because Dr V is only seeing 2 siblings at a time now so I needed to pick another date for one of my children. I explained there are 2 appointment slots (8am and 8:30am) that were rescheduled since last month and it was less than 24 hours of them calling me to cancel one of my children and asked how is this fair when they are doing the same thing this letter I recieved and the rude staff said not to do!?"

"I give Dr. Vuelvas a 10 out of 10! He checked all the boxes as a pediatrician. I have searched high and low when we lived in Florida.. moving to Texas made me even more nervous to find the right care for my children. For the first time I felt heard. He spoke to me.. not at me and came from a place of understanding not status Q. He took his time and did not rush the process. What a breath of fresh air in these uncertain times! Dr. Vuelvas is the ONLY pediatrician that you need in your life. I am very grateful for his dedicated staff.
