"Save yourself the frustration. Office staff is rude, unprofessional and act like you’re an inconvenience. I’m not sure how they have any patients at all here.. Pretty sure while they were cleaning my sons ear out his ear drum was busted call to explain he has fluid draining and the girl on other end asked me what I wanted ??? Uhhhhh an appointment? Ask the doc if this is normal?? Save yourself the headache"

"I love Dr Casey Mraz she is an excellent physician. I’am a very complicated case but she has taken great care of me. I would recommend her to anyone."

"Dr Mraz is very kind and listens. Her nurse, on the other hand, is incredibly rude! I tried to get lab results a week later, even though my husband’s doctor, Dr Castle, gave him the next day, and when I was explaining over the phone, she cut me off mid-sentence without even asking my name saying, “She has to review them first.” I asked her how she even knew who I was, and she said I had left her a message. So, she assumed I was somebody without even asking my name. Her tone was angry and impatient, and this isn’t the first time she was like this. So much for compassionate care and quality bedside manner. This woman is rude, rude, rude! It’s enough to make me want to switch to my husband’s doctor who is as good as Dr Mraz and has a personable nurse. Like I said, Dr Mraz is great, but her nurse is another story."
