"Dr. Vadana has been my primary for 2 years now and I honestly love it. She’s nice and straightforward. She does see a lot of patients so you have to be knowledgeable of your data for a smooth and effective appt. If you want extra time with the Dr. Schedule an apt. Making/ canceling appts is so easy. and it’s really convenient they are open til 5 and take walk-ins. I feel taken care of and supported with this primary."

"Dr Naithani is a joke. I went in there for a ear infection. I told her I can't do ear drops. That I would like a prescription. She sent me out the door with over the counter ear drops for wax removal. And told me to contact a ear doctor. On Monday I called Dr Naithani office and got a prescription. She doesn't listen to her patients or helps them."

"Always kind able to see my child when my primary care physician has to have a appointment 7 days in advance what’s the point of a primary care physician. Not like we can schedule the cold or flu.Take your kids here awesome place and they will be seen the day they are sick with no hassle"

"So as far as getting me the meds and being great nurses and doctors all good I’m giving them one star cause the wait time and just to see the doctor takes about a hour and 45 minutes I know this because I timed them it took them a hour to get me from the waiting room and then 45 minutes of me waiting to see the doctor. I love the staff but they just suck as far as getting you taken care of and out the door. Waiting room be packed. It’s ridiculous at times."

"This was my second visit and have now see both Doctors and all I can say is that I was seen quickly by both of them and treated very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend both of them. As far as there staff (medical)..they are hard working the receptionist in the front where very nice and focus on getting me seen as soon as possible, they told me that is was going to be a two hour wait, that's to be expected since I came in at 11:40 am no appointment. I was there for an hour and 20 min. Impressive, Thank you Basin Care Family for just being there."
