"This Walgreens is horrible. I just had recently had back surgery. I’ve been trying to get my medicine for three days now they supposed to deliver it today and they didn’t now they had to cancel my order and trying to resubmit it every time I go to get my medicine in there they never have none in stock, the staff is horrible the pharmacist technicians and the ladies at work here at receptions are very rude. I don’t know why the store is still open. They never have nothing in stock and they always are rude to their customers. I am going to change my pharmacy. This is the worst for Walgreens pharmacy. I’ve been to my whole life. I would’ve asked anybody not to go there. I will give them one star really they don’t deserve that but that’s as low as you can go."

"I just switched my insurance and my insurance was not showing as active in the pharmacy system so they said I would have to pay $500 to get my medication (a medication that I need and have to take daily). This was at 9:30am yesterday morning (02/08/24), the pharmacist called my insurance company and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know if the insurance company had been able to correct whatever issue was going on. I got off work at 4pm and went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist and another women had tried to put in the information again and it still was not showing that I had insurance ( I paid the premium for it so I know I have it) so they walked to their computer for about 10 minutes as the line grew longer and longer and knocked the price of my medicine from $500 to $98 and then found another discount to get it down to $84 . I know I won’t get that refunded by my insurance company but the pharmacist and staff at the pharmacy did all they could to help me throughout the entire day regardless of how busy they were , and they were very busy . I’m so grateful for this staff and the care and compassion they showed me"

"The pharmacy here is garbage. Had a prescription needed 4 days ago and came up to the store to have it transferred to another store. I did call and after being put on power hold for 42 minutes then I drove to the store. Now I am currently waiting to see if they have the meds in their safe. So for 4 days no one bothered to check to see if thw had the medication. This place is awful."

"I stood at the consultation window for 5 minutes and was never greeted. The lady working the window walked past me twice and didn't acknowledge me. The 2 pharmacists just completely ignored me, discussing Thanksgiving dinner. This is not the first Walgreens I have tried to get a flu shot at. I guess I'm gonna try Walmart."

"Walk in the store & not one employee to be found. Sign on the door says pharmacy is closed but they forgot to mention their photo department was closed too. I understand if it doesn't happen often but this is ALL THE TIME!! Just close the store at this point"
