"We brought our dog Roxy here when she was critically ill a few weeks ago. Sadly, she had to go over rainbow bridge. The staff were wonderful with Roxy. They also explained her condition and why euthanasia was the best choice for her situation. Sad day for our family but we were all treated with compassion and they explained things well. They also made us a paw print to keep."

"If you have a pet you love do not bring them here ever!!!!!!! I took my dog up there and he was super sick throwing up and his eyes were messed up and he was very weak took him up there and and they supposedly did xray and blood work and said nothing was wrong he should be fine in 24 hours and charged 400.00 well I thought that gave me some relief but then he got worse stopped eating and drinking couldn’t get up so we called the emergency vet and they said take him back up there because they must have missed something maybe a blockage so when I called up there they said they will examine him again and do another xray but they would have to charge me again and I just can’t afford 800.00 but they missed something before I know it or they just don’t care. they did nothing to help my dog and they don’t help you out no payment plan or nothing they wouldn’t work with me on anything so much for being a part of community and helping out all they care about is money. My dog is my family and to see him suffer so much breaks my heart"
