"This place is the worst place I've ever stayed in it was noisy it was uncomfortable eighty bucks to stay in a room for 6 hours would have been better off sleeping in the car"

"Paid 85.00 dollars just to stay (8-hours) overnight: No Bathroom tissue, Poorly cooling AC Ventilation, Non cooling Refrigerator, dirty microwave, Bed uncomfortable, matress slides, impossible to sleep or rest."

"Hotels, Motels, Inns...Provide shelter from the outdoor environment, allow a rest, a cool off from Summer heat or warm up in Winter coldness. I know families who have traveled and stayed, students who have "skipped" out in their Sr. year, friends who have visited a city together and lodged, families that have been started in these rooms, families that have ended in these rooms. I also have heard stories of lives that have been lost in these rooms, but most importantly I know lives that have been SAVED in these rooms. I know of friends who have laid across a bed, and counseled each other in these rooms. In those moments when all the tools and resources that have been provided for mental health assistance during the hours of 9-5, just aren't reachable enough. Or that friend who can't fully communicate just yet what the struggle is; or is struggling to fully understand what has been revealed as their new mental state of mind. Where friends get to meet each other like for the first time also but feel safe enough to open up and express this is my new struggle. I agree CRYSTAL INN, gave me that experience...rest, relief, friendship, and great counsel. Theme song from 'Cheers' (CRYSTAL). Didn't like the location however."

"This hotel was not worth the 70$ we paid. They should only be charging 50 or 60$ per night or less considering the fact that it’s nothing special. The bed was literally ROCK hard. I’m 35 weeks pregnant so getting comfortable was impossible, my boyfriend and I both woke up with sore backs. The water from the show never even got hot, it got lukewarm after 20 minutes of running the water. Also, the water has a very strange smell and when I went to rinse my mouth with it while brushing my teeth, it tasted disgusting! Not sure if it’s not filtered or what..but either way I wasn’t happy. The rags/towels they gave us had little black hairs stuck to them from God only knows who . Gross! Just don’t waste your money. If you need a place to get some rest for the night, don’t do it here."

"This hotel is absolutely the best. Even the housekeeping staff is on point. I always share my dinner with one of them. She's great. The rooms are super clean. The shower is huge with 3 different water spouts. Blue,red,and green lights come on the square overhead shower spout allowing a romantic, relaxing shower experience."
