"Updating my review to warn others. We got a storage unit 3 months ago and, as costs do, we got a rate increase. However, we paid $79 and our rate went up to $144, while the same size units are going online for $94. When I spoke with a customer service representative, they said they will not be honoring the online price unless I cancel my contract and move all of my items to a new unit. The customer service there was great until we moved our stuff there, then it was a complete switch. I wouldn't trust them at all, we will be switching to the storage units our cousin recommended ASAP."
